Sawing Machine with double sliding table, loaded by robot, for cutting of aluminum alloy castings as engine cylinder heads.
This configuration allows you to reduce dead time, the piece is loaded while it’s being cutted and carried out on the second table and vice-versa.
High-speed machine, designed to work with a blade speed of 3000 mt/min, 24/7. Mechanical groups are oversized and developed for lasting at least 25,000 hours with reduced maintenance intervals.
